The Campbellsburg All-American Country Hoedown festival committee will be sponsoring a Chili Cook-off on Saturday, March 13. 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Campbellsburg Community Building on Sycamore Street in Campbellsburg.
A panel of judges will select the winning entries. Awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd. place winners for Best Overall Chili entry.
Judges for this year are:
Brown/Vernon Fire Chief – Brian Durham
Livonia Fire Chief – Aaron Dennis
Jefferson Township Fire Chief – Bill Pollock
All chefs interested in entering their chili may contact Betty Chanley at 812-755-4402. No entry fee.
Chili Tasting - Cost $5.00 per person includes, beverage and dessert. Come and have a great time and of course enjoy great chili and all the fixin’s.
Proceeds will go towards event costs for the Campbellsburg All-American Country Hoedown, June 3rd through June 6th.
